About the role

Venture Trucking Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced MC driver to join our linehaul team based in High Wycombe, Western Australia. This full-time role is a critical part of our operations, responsible for the safe and efficient transport of goods across our road transport network.

What you'll be doing

  1. Driving a variety of commercial vehicles up to and including MC class vehicles on linehaul routes
  2. Adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies to ensure the safe transportation of freight
  3. Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify and report any issues
  4. Maintaining accurate driver log books and other documentation as required
  5. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients

What we're looking for

  1. A current MC class driver's licence with a clean driving record
  2. At least 1 years' experience driving linehaul routes in the road transport industry
  3. Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices
  4. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  5. Ability to work independently
  6. Good communication skills
