Link Linehaul Northam is actively seeking experienced, self-motivated MC Drivers to join our dedicated team supporting hay and harvest operations throughout the Wheatbelt region. About the role

  • Safely operate MC trucks and trailers for hay transport, including high centre of gravity loads.
  • Load, secure and unload hay bales in compliance with safety and load restraint standards.
  • Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic vehicle maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records and logbooks as required.
  • Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures and statutory requirements.
  • Represent Link Linehaul professionally at all times.
  • Perform other duties as directed within the scope of the role.

About You

  • Hold a current MC (Multi Combination) driver's licence with proven experience in heavy vehicle operation.
  • Previous experience operating Mack or Kenworth trucks highly regarded.
  • Confident handling high centre of gravity loads, with strong knowledge of safe load restraint and transport practices.
  • Ability to perform basic maintenance duties.
  • Reliable, organised and able to manage your time efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
  • Professional in your conduct, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate responsible equipment management.
  • Ability to pass drug and alcohol test.
