About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Health Centre Manager for a Full-time Position, who aligns with our values and is passionate about leading teams that deliver outstanding patient care and operational excellence. 
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage medical centre operations across MMC, PCC, and UCC to deliver outstanding patient care.
• Support and engage medical practitioners to build strong, collaborative relationships and enhance retention.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable growth.
• Drive operational excellence through risk management, compliance, and accreditation standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with local health networks, hospitals, and community partners.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and technology adoption.
• Promote a culture that values learning, transparency, and accountability across all levels of the team.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities, particularly in relation to filling current vacant spaces and specialty suites
• Strategic growth initiatives that support service expansion and diversification.
• Operational coordination across multiple sites, working with the Practice Manager with a focus on external partnerships and service integration.
• Supporting clinical and commercial alignment, rather than day-to-day practice management

What We are Looking for

• Previous experience managing a medical centre or healthcare practice (essential).
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a coaching mindset.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven commercial and financial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to improving systems, processes, and patient outcomes.
• Commitment to ethical behaviour, continuous learning, and best practice standards.
