Mantarays Ningaloo Beach Resort is on the lookout for proactive, hands-on individuals with a strong work ethic to join our Maintenance team. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Performing general maintenance across resort facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and equipment
  • Troubleshooting issues and carrying out timely repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Assisting with pool care, landscaping, and basic plumbing and electrical tasks
  • Maintaining a high standard of safety and compliance throughout the property
  • Responding promptly and professionally to maintenance requests from both guests and staff

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in general maintenance or a trade-related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and respond to urgent maintenance needs as they arise
  • A can-do attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high service standards
