Our client is seeking a Growth Manager - Real Estate to join their team

Our client PRD, a leading property agency, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Growth Manager to shape the future of their business across multiple offices. This role is perfect for someone with experience as a Real Estate Agent who is looking to 'get off the tools' and use their strategic thinking and industry knowledge to help an organisation grow.

What you'll be doing?
  • Strategic Growth Planning: Develop tailored strategies to boost agent productivity, increase market share, and enhance client retention across multiple offices.
  • Performance management: Monitor and report on key business metrics, providing valuable insights to guide leadership decisions and drive success.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align efforts, improve lead generation, and achieve overall growth objectives.
  • Lead Generation Enhancement: Analyze data and refine processes to optimize lead generation funnels and boost conversion rates.
  • Marketing and Operational Efficiency: Track campaign performance, improve brand visibility, and implement operational enhancements to drive business growth.
  • Technology Champion: Support the implementation and adoption of new tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Create and deliver engaging training programs to enhance productivity across sales and property management teams.
