Position: Casual Coffee Shop Staff

Hours Required:

  • Friday: 7:00 AM - 3.30pm
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:15 PM
  • Could have additional shifts pending staff movement

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cash Handling: Accurately manage cash transactions and maintain cash register balances.
  • Cleaning Duties: Ensure that the shop, including our terrace, is clean and tidy at all times. This includes daily cleaning tasks and maintaining overall hygiene standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to our customers, including taking orders and answering any coffee-related questions.
  • Coffee Education: Staff will receive training and education on all things coffee-related to enhance their knowledge and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Passion for Coffee: A love for coffee and willingness to learn more about it.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in cash handling, Customer Service and cleaning duties is required.
