We're looking for a Retail Sales Team Manager to lead our retail team, drive in-store sales performance, and ensure customers receive expert advice and exceptional service.

Drummond Golf is Australia's premier golf retailer, operating for over 50 years. Drummond Golf has been providing the largest range of the world's leading golf brands at competitive prices to golfers of all levels and ages. From a small store in Bendigo in 1974, today Drummond Golf is Australia's largest off-course golf retailer with 53 stores nationwide.

The Fyshwick store is locally owned and operated, originally opening the doors in 2006. For the last 19 years we have continued to support the local community with genuine, professional advice & an extensive range of all the latest equipment. We specialise in the custom fitting all clubs to ensure only the best performance for all customers. We are a 3-time winner of the Drummond Golf Franchisee of the Year award & have been credited various other accolades throughout the years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching, developing & lead the sales team, enabling them to achieve required sales budgets & store KPI's

  • Work closely with owners to ensure all store KPI's are maintained & met.

  • Maximise sales opportunities and meet store objectives.

  • Maintain high standards of product knowledge and customer engagement

  • Oversee merchandising, promotions, and product displays

  • Assist with administrative tasks including rostering, banking, stocktaking & more.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in retail sales management (ideally within golf industry but not essential)

  • Strong people leadership and communication skills

  • A hands-on, customer-first mindset

  • The ability to be independently motivated and goal driven.

  • Ability to manage priorities & numerous tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Enthusiasm for golf, golf equipment and helping customers find the best outcome
