TeaTime is a purpose-led startup building human-centred technology that brings connection, wellbeing and community to frontline teams and the people they support.

Our platform already has traction - now we're scaling our product, evolving our offering, and building the foundations for what comes next.

We're looking for someone ready to take full ownership of product direction and delivery. You'll work closely with the founders to turn vision into reality, lead an offshore development team, and build the product function that will drive TeaTime forward.

This isn't a "follow the process" role. It's hands-on and fast-moving - perfect for someone fired up by shaping a product, building a team, and seeing their decisions make a real impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Own the product roadmap and turn founder vision into a clear, ambitious, and actionable plan
  • Lead and inspire the development team, ensuring smooth sprints and quality delivery
  • Build the product function from the ground up with the right processes and tools
  • Bridge strategy and execution, turning big ideas into real-world outcomes
  • Guide technical priorities and trade-offs (no coding, but you'll "speak dev")
  • Champion the user experience and ensure every feature delivers impact
  • Make decisions that shape how TeaTime grows and evolves
