Indoor Plant Technician – Part Time / Casual

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Indoor Plant Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing indoor plants across our client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, water, prune, clean and fertilise indoor plants to ensure they remain healthy and attractive
  • Monitor plant health and report on replacements when required
  • Carry out plant installations and relocations (requires moderate physical fitness)
  • Work independently and manage time effectively while travelling between client sites
  • Provide friendly and professional service to clients

About You

  • Previous indoor plant care or horticultural experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Ability to work autonomously and problem-solve on the job
  • Physically fit to handle installations, lifting, and moving plants/pots
  • Reliable, punctual and able to manage a flexible workload
  • Current driver's licence
