In the eCommerce Retail Assistant role you will:

Take full responsibility in the processing of online orders including picking and packing of orders with 100% accuracy.

Liaise with customers to ensure they are kept up to date regarding their queries, providing responses when needed.

Ensure outstanding customer service and communication levels are maintained at all times.

Curate existing website content and contribute to creating and uploading new website content.

Enjoy and thrive in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining high attention to detail

The ideal candidate is sharp, hardworking, attentive to detail, intuitive, reliable and extremely well organized.

Previous experience in online E-Commerce extremely favourable. The following skills would be highly desirable

  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Working knowledge of photoshop
  • High level accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to easily adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Enjoy hard work and demonstrate urgency in your daily routine
  • Ability to work independently
  • Knowledge and experience in working on social media platforms.

Must have full working rights and available to work full time.
