An exciting role is available for a Business Development Manager to join our passionate Sales Team. This role is an amazing opportunity for someone wanting to work with an Australian luxury brand focusing on growing our retail and wholesale sales within the NSW North territory. This role is a 5 day a week position, four days on the road and one day working from home.

What you'll do:

  • Achievement of FY sales budget for allocated territory
  • Achieve an annual agreed growth target for all stores in the allocated territory
  • Achieve new business, in line with company goals to support growth
  • Update outlook calendar as a monthly call planner
  • Ensure that the call cycle incorporates fortnightly/monthly visits for key accounts within your territory
  • Follow and execute to marketing plan as per marketing promotional calendar for all channels of distribution
  • Assist in sales management, strategy and goal planning to meet financial targets of all Top 20 accounts within the allocated territory
  • Communicate and drive Sapphire Rewards with all retail partners in your allocated area
  • Coordinate and book Training with National Training Manager
  • Attend Sales conference to provide market feedback to support company goals and strategy
  • Ensure all customer retail partner enquiries are addressed in a timely manner
  • Ensure all new account enquiries via our website are responded to within 72 hours

Who you are:

  • Proven sales experience in a field sales environment
  • Professional or Tertiary qualified
  • Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, written and verbal)
  • Effective time manager
  • Flexible team player
  • Must be able to travel interstate for sales conferences and key sell-in periods
  • Confident and well developed interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Possess current state drivers license and car
