Boss Building Supplies is a family owned business and have been operating successfully for over 30 years. We specialise in the supply of both commercial and domestic plaster and plastering products, along with insulation, suspended ceiling products, external cladding, tools and more.

We're looking for a reliable Warehouse All-Rounder/Delivery Driver to join our hard-working team.

If you like a hands-on role with plenty of variety, this is the job for you

About the Role:

This is a dual-role position involving general warehouse tasks and doing deliveries in a car-licence truck or ute. You'll be picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, keeping the warehouse tidy and safe, and delivering materials directly to job sites and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing orders for trade and retail customers
  • Loading and unloading building materials (some heavy lifting required)
  • Delivering goods to construction sites and customer locations
  • Receiving and checking incoming stock
  • General warehouse maintenance and stock control
  • Ensuring paperwork and delivery dockets are accurate and complete
  • Providing friendly, professional service to customers on-site and on the road

Requirements:

  • Current manual driver's licence (MR or HR licence a bonus)
  • Previous experience in warehousing or deliveries, ideally in building supplies
  • Physically fit - capable of handling heavy and bulky items
  • Forklift licence (or willingness to get one)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
  • Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
