About the role

We are seeking casual Container Unloaders/ Warehouse Allrounders to join our team in Keysborough. In this varied role, you will be responsible for unloading containers, restacking pallets and assisting with general warehouse duties as required. This is a flexible, hands-on position that will suit someone looking for casual work, on an as needs basis.

What you'll be doing

  • Unloading and loading shipping containers manually.
  • Restacking pallets.
  • Assisting with picking and packing tasks.
  • General warehouse tasks such as housekeeping, inventory counts and replenishment.
  • Operating equipment like forklifts (must be licenced), pallet jacks and other manual equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintaining a safe and organised work environment.

The ideal candidate

  • At least 1 year container unloading or general labour experience in a fast-paced Warehouse environment or a willingness to learn.
  • Physically fit, comfortable with manual tasks and able to lift up to 15KG.
  • A proven track record of being reliable and punctual.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent numerical skills.
  • Ability to write, read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Practical knowledge of food safety, hygiene, sanitisation and quality standards.
  • A safety mindset.
  • Effective time management and proactive approach, especially when managing competing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work at least 3 days per week
