ESP Recruitment is currently seeking reliable Warehouse Labourers and Container Unloaders to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals who are physically fit, hardworking, and eager to secure ongoing work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Prior experience in packing, scanning, and/or production environments
  • Able to read pick slips and pack orders accurately
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent work ethic and attitude
  • Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy
  • Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual handling tasks
  • Proven reliability and commitment (references required)
  • Commitment to working to strict deadlines, OHS standards, and quality checks
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
  • Preparing and processing orders
  • Own PPE (steel-capped boots and hi-vis)
