About the role
Due to growth and a number of new projects signing off now we are looking to boost our team with functional and technical Consultants based in Melbourne or Sydney, you will be working on projects currently in-flight, about to start, and in the pipeline across clients in New Zealand, Australia and globally. You'll enjoy scope and responsibility in this newly created role as we continue to grow as now part of the Egis group.
As one of our Maximo Consultants, day to day you'll be:
• Delivering timely services and advice to clients' Maximo needs. This may see you working on full lifecycle greenfield implementation, managed service / ongoing support, or ongoing improvement and enhancements
• Consulting with customers on how to efficiently utilise our technology to maximise the benefits and support of their business
• Ensuring documentation of work procedures, processes and templates are up to date and relevant
• Driving continuous improvement and identifying new opportunities to provide an excellent customer experience.
About you
You're a natural when it comes to engaging with a variety of customers, their environments, and have a people-centric approach to your work.
We're looking to see your:
• Extensive experience delivering Maximo engagements with a sound technical understanding of the application
• Sound knowledge of business and IT fundamentals, including business process and application technologies
• Effective communication style: your emails and documentation are simple, clear and relevant, and your manner demonstrates empathy and clarity
• Keen attention to detail, knowing when to delve down to the nitty-gritty and when to swoop up to see the big picture
• Ability to operate in a collaborative project environment with both technical and functional input
• Analytical approach towards problem solving
• Determination and curiosity to ask questions and explore, uncovering root cause, all the while maintaining a focus on quality service delivery
