Position

We are looking to add to the team in Brisbane and are hiring for new consultants.

This is a business to business, solution sales position that involves end to end sales management from initial lead generation, to engaging with clients, sourcing what they need and closing the deal.

The cycle is to engage with companies that have a vacant position, source the candidates they need, present candidates and manage the interview process through to a successful job offer and acceptance.

It is a fast paced, dynamic role where you will work in a number of different industries and types of positions.

On offer is a salary of $90K - $100K + super + uncapped comms with an OTE of $200k (Our consultants all average yearly earnings of above $250k)

Best of all, full industry training is provided, so no prior experience in recruitment is needed.

Candidate

You do not need to have any sales experience from within recruitment. If you do it will be seen as a bonus, but it is certainly not essential.

Essentially you must have a proven track record of successful business to business sales experience where you have managed the full sales process from start to finish, including lead generation, pitching, presenting, and ultimately closing.
