We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and ambitious Customer Success wizard to play a key role in the growth of a great Australian tech story. Reporting to the CRO and working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Product, the Customer Success Director will spent their time training, coaching and managing their team, as well as developing processes to ensure we retain/ grow our customers, and develop passionate and loyal advocates.
Requirements:
- 5 + years of senior Customer Success experience
- A passion for remarkable customer experience and problem-solving with a strong ability to balance customer needs and business priorities.
- A track record of developing and mentoring great talent and building and motivating high-achieving teams in a fast-paced and dynamic, global environment.
- Have a methodology and process to how you manage, renew and engage customers.
- Plan and execute strategy to facilitate account growth via product and new business unit expansion.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving, ambiguous environment
- Technically proficient yet effective communicator both over the phone and in-person and when delivering demos/presentations.
