About the opportunity

As a Casual Cleaner, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and adhering to critical infection control procedures. You'll be an integral part of our team, ensuring a positive and healthy environment for everyone within our facility. The varied shift times provide flexibility to suit different lifestyles.

• Providing high-quality cleaning services across office spaces and main wards.

• Upholding strict infection control standards in all cleaning tasks.

• Working autonomously to manage your daily cleaning schedule.

• Being active and on your feet, covering various areas within the facility.

• Contributing to a positive and safe environment for everyone.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.

• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

• Reasonable physical fitness and stamina for walking and cleaning.

• A commitment to achieving high standards of cleanliness.

• Awareness and understanding of infection control practices.

• Availability for casual shifts between 0700 and 2130. ​

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• A current Police Record Check.

• Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
