About Us

The Role
You'll oversee installation, maintenance and repair of our advanced glass processing machinery—cutting tables, tempering lines, IGU units and more—ensuring uptime, safety and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and executing preventative and predictive maintenance
- Leading breakdown responses and root-cause analysis
- Managing spare parts and contractor engagements
- Driving continuous improvement through Lean or TPM methodologies
- Training and supporting operators and team leaders
- Maintaining compliance with Australian WHS standards and record-keeping
Who We're Looking For
We seek an experienced, safety-conscious technician who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment:
Essential:
- 3 years in industrial maintenance (mechanical or electrical)
- Strong WHS knowledge and safe work practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexibility to perform maintenance outside standard hours
- Highly organised, reliable, independent and team-oriented
Desirable:
- Trade-qualified mechanic, electrician, fitter or registered technician in Victoria
- Experience with PLCs and servicing automated production lines
- Familiarity with glass industry equipment
- Competence using CMMS systems
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
