Are you ready to transition from the blue-collar industry into an account management role, in recruitment?

Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with key clients in the blue-collar sector.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and improvements in staffing solutions.
  • Work closely with our internal recruitment team to meet client needs.
  • Attend site visits and maintain a strong connection with client operations.

What You'll Need
  • Experience working in the blue-collar industry (e.g. construction, logistics, manufacturing).
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to learn recruitment processes (training provided).
  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle (our office is not accessible via public transport).
  • Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing, medical checks, and a criminal history check.
