About the role

Exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Rogers Estate Agents' as a Business Development Manager. Based in our Oxenford QLD 4210 office, this is a full-time role that will see you playing a key part in the growth and development of our residential leasing and property management services across the region.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and foster new business opportunities through active prospecting and networking
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to secure new landlord and property management clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of property management
  • Oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the wider team to share knowledge, best practices and drive continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the achievement of key business KPIs and growth targets

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar business development or sales role within the residential property management industry
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and growing a portfolio
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and presentation skills
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Real Estate or a related field would be an advantage
