The Opportunity

Take the lead in shaping and developing impactful digital sales and marketing initiatives. You'll drive continuous enhancements to the digital customer experience, leveraging marketing automation, omni-channel customer journeys and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Passionate about digital campaigns and customer journeys? You'll be:

• Leading digital marketing strategies across automation, journeys, paid media and martech solutions

• Drive loyalty, acquisition and paid media strategies to optimise performance and achieve ROAS, CPC and CPA goals

• Owning CRM and marketing automation across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging

• Leading audience segmentation and personalisation

• Turning campaign data into insights that boost loyalty and acquisition

• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance digital channels

• Leading and mentoring a high performing team, fostering growth and professional development

What We're Looking For

Create digital experiences that turn clicks into loyal guests. You'll bring:

• Previous experience in a digital marketing role that involves delivering personlised journey content

• Experience with modern marketing, analytics, and content tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Marketing platform or similar

• Understanding of digital architecture

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action

• Collaborative problem-solving skills

• Motivated, flexible and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholder groups
