The Opportunity

Are you passionate about helping others and looking to start a rewarding career in care?

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated person to complete a Certificate III in Individual Support through a paid traineeship.

You'll gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside our dedicated team while completing nationally recognised training that opens doors to a wide range of roles in the care and community sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
  • Support clients to participate in social and community activities
  • Work under supervision to provide safe, respectful and person-centred care
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive environment for clients and team members
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow health, safety and organisational procedures

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to undertake a traineeship
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current flu and COVID-19 vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) – desirable
  • Driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Genuine interest in working with older people and/or people with disability
  • Kind, reliable, and willing to learn
