**The Opportunity**

Are you passionate about helping others and looking to start a rewarding career in care?
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated person to complete a **Certificate III in Individual Support** through a paid traineeship.

You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside our dedicated team while completing nationally recognised training that opens doors to a wide range of roles in the care and community sector.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
- Support clients to participate in social and community activities
- Work under supervision to provide safe, respectful and person-centred care
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive environment for clients and team members
- Maintain confidentiality and follow health, safety and organisational procedures

**Requirements**:

- Must be eligible to undertake a traineeship
- **National Police Check** (or willingness to obtain)
- **NDIS Worker Screening Check** (or willingness to obtain)
- **Current flu and COVID-19 vaccinations** (or willingness to obtain)
- **First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)** - desirable
- **Driver’s licence and reliable transport**:

- Genuine interest in working with older people and/or people with disability
- Kind, reliable, and willing to learn
