What's the role?

You'll be part of our dynamic Virtual Business team, helping Australian businesses thrive by delivering smart, tailored payment and transaction banking solutions. This full-time role is based across metro Queensland, where you'll work closely with our branch network and small business bankers to uncover customer needs and offer solutions that genuinely make a difference. It's a fast-paced, customer-focused role where your impact will be felt every day.

This is a hybrid role, with 3–5 days a week spent in the office, on the road, or at a branch – wherever your customers need you most.

What do I need?

  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience in a customer-focused role, ideally within banking, retail, or payments.
  • A solid understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing small to medium businesses.
  • Confidence in discussing transaction banking and merchant solutions.
  • Willingness to travel across metro QLD to support branches and meet customers.
