About Our Role
Off the back of major project wins and growing pipeline of work in our Resources and Energy teams, we are looking for a collaborative Senior Electrical Engineer assist in the delivery of a broad range of projects and continue to mentor and develop others in our Perth team.

Accountabilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• LV and HV power systems analysis (loadflow, fault levels, protection)
• LV and HV power systems design (SLDs, schematics, cable schedules, layouts)
• Protection systems design
• Earthing and lightning protection system design
• Instrumentation and Control system design (I/O lists, Instrument lists and datasheets, specifications)
• Control and communication hardware system design and selection (PLCs, fibre and copper comms networks)
• Preparation and presentation of reports

About you:

• Demonstrated experience with overall HV and LV electrical engineering in heavy industrial and/or mining environment;
• Experience with specifying and selecting switchgear, power transformers and minor substation plant;
• Demonstrated experience with overall Instrumentation, control and communication engineering in heavy industrial and/or mining environment;
• Experience with specifying and selecting instruments and control system components eg. PLCs, sensors, cabling, valves;
• Experience with specifying PLC programming requirements through functional descriptions and specifications
• Experience with specifying and selecting communications hardware eg. Fibre and copper cabling, switches, FOBOTs
• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering and immediately eligible for Membership of Engineers Australia; Chartered Engineer and/or RPEQ;
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills, both internally and externally
• Strong client focus and the ability to work within or lead a project team; and
