The role

As a Scheduler you will:

  • Optimise and manage rosters in line with Award regulations and company rostering processes, ensuring the best match between client needs and worker skills.
  • Respond swiftly to last-minute changes, using problem-solving and influencing skills to minimise disruption.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment in scheduling outcomes.
  • Communicate directly with clients to confirm changes, resolve concerns, and maintain a strong customer service experience.
  • Use scheduling data and capacity planning tools to reduce non-billable hours, unnecessary travel, and support long-term efficiency.
