About the Role:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking passionate Community Rehabilitation Workers to join our casual pool, supporting individuals on their journey to mental wellness and community integration.
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.
The Wondakka Community Rehabilitation Centre (CRC) provides a range of recovery orientated and treatment services, therapy and educative programs to consumers, family and carers during the period of a consumer's admission.
Wondakka CRC works closely with community mental health services, non-government services and other community systems of support and care. Consumers at Wondakka CRC are voluntary and their rehabilitation program is developed based on their individual goals and needs.
The purpose of Community Rehabilitation Workers is to provide support to consumers in the least restrictive environment possible through the provision of effective psychosocial support and rehabilitation activities to successfully enable the transition to community living and to support individual recovery.
The Community Rehabilitation Worker will perform a range of non-clinical, psychosocial rehabilitation supports in concert with those provided by the clinical staff team.
