Then this is the role for you, World Gym Prospect is looking for an experienced PT to take the next step to lead and grow our Personal Training team.
Job Responsibilities: The Personal Trainer Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, development, and coordination of the club's personal training team. This leadership role ensures a high standard of service delivery, member engagement, and revenue growth through personal training and fitness programs. Working closely with the Club General Manager, the PT Manager drives team success, supports trainer development, and maintains a strong fitness culture across the gym floor.
The role ensures you get FREE rent to run your own PT business as a part of the World Gym brand while being required to work only 8-10 hours a week providing assistance to the current Personal Trainers, ensuring maintenance around the club is being done and recruiting new PTs when required.
