ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience.
  • Sustainable productivity targets at 60%, with incentives kicking in from 50%.
  • Promotion reviews every 12 weeks to fast-track your growth.
  • Formal structured supervision and mentoring included.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Senior experience an Occupational Therapist
  • Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration or eligibility for registration with APHRA
  • National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, First Aid Certificate & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
