The Cyber Security Section of one of the Australian Federal government departments requires the services of a highly experienced and skilled accredited IRAP Assessor to be engaged to complete an IRAP assessment.

The IRAP assessor will support critical ICT security initiatives by developing and IRAP report to inform ISM compliance as part of a wider authority to operate process. This role is essential to maintaining a secure, compliant environment for the agency's ICT systems.

Responsibilities:


• Develop IRAP reports to highlight ISM compliance in the client's ICT infrastructure and systems.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure security compliance and support best practices.


• Identify, analyse, and document security risks, proposing practical mitigation strategies.

Requirements:


• ACSC certified IRAP assessor


• Demonstrated experience within government or secure environments.


• Understanding of hybrid-cloud infrastructure, with proven expertise in assessing Azure and/or AWS platforms and applications.


• Strong knowledge of Australian cybersecurity standards and frameworks.
