Our Group Fitness Instructors are the energetic legends making waves in our community pools. Every day they lead safe, stimulating and always-exciting aquatic classes to keep our visitors and members fit, fabulous – and coming back for more. As an Aqua Group Instructor, you'll be a strong communicator and dynamic leader, motivating and educating our diverse clientele to build healthy, active behaviours in the water. 

If you are a safety-conscious 'Aqua Expert' with strong people skills and an infectious energy, you could be our next Group Fitness Instructor. Qualifications

  • AUSTSWIM WETS Aqua License
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children Check

The Y NSW is a profit-for-purpose organisation focused on healthy living, social impact, and empowering young people. We operate 18 recreation centres, 47 out-of-school-hours care services, and two camping locations, employing over 1,000 staff across NSW to deliver enriching community programs.
