About the opportunity
Reporting to the Compliance Manager, your focus will be to facilitate and manage vendor compliance across the NEX Building Group portfolio. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage the onboarding process for subcontractors to ensure alignment with HSEQ requirements and site safety standards

• Onboard, assist and consult new and existing vendors on compliance obligations 

• Review all vendor documentation to ensure it meets NEX Group internal system requirements

• Liaise with new and existing vendors to ensure ongoing compliance

• Ensure continual increase in compliance rates for all vendors

• Maintenance of vendor documentation and vendor database systems

• Maintenance of WHS business compliance records and databases

• Ability to review SWMS and provide guidance on safe work procedures

• Provide accurate and timely administrative support to the WHS Management team as required

• Collaborate cross functionally to implement improvements to the vendor experience and issue resolution process

About you
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:

• Attention to detail, accurate reporting, and data input capabilities

• Experience within a Customer Service Administration role

• High planning and organising skills

• The ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing work agenda

• Proficiency in or willingness to develop skills in MS office

• Experience using LinkSafe, OnSite Companion will be highly regarded
