The role

Crown is the ultimate destination for elevated experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone.

We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Venue Supervisor to join the team at The Merrywell, Crown Perth's hero pub on a full-time basis. Known for its bold and delicious offerings, The Merrywell is a large, high-energy venue that requires a strong leader to guide and support the team while overseeing daily operations.

In this role, you'll help deliver joyful dining experiences through genuine care for our guests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction through effective time management and multitasking
  • Demonstrating strong attention to detail in both service and menu knowledge
  • Leading and mentoring team members to build capability and confidence
  • Preparing for large events by ensuring stock, staffing, and venue readiness
  • Managing stock ordering, stocktake, and inventory control

About you

You'll bring:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a large venue
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A customer-focused mindset with a drive for excellence
  • A positive attitude and the ability to foster a great team culture
Qualifications

To Be Successful, You'll Need To:

  • Hold a current RSA Certificate
  • Hold a current Approved Manager Card
  • Hold full Australian Working Rights
