We are seeking an immediate-start remote Allied Health Administrator who is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at supporting clinicians across multiple clinics.

Our services include Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Dietetics, Chronic Pain Management, Telehealth Services, Digital Exercise Program and more.

With clinics throughout Sydney, we are easily accessible to patients across the region. Our multidisciplinary approach allows us to tailor treatment plans to meet each patient's needs.

Role Overview & Responsibilities:

  • Complete and reconcile daily billings through Cliniko software.
  • Follow up on missing Medicare and Work/WorkCover details from patients and insurance companies.
  • Communicate financial and clinical information for BridgePoint Allied Care with relevant stakeholders, medical centres, and patients.
  • Manage and coordinate the scheduling of patients for allied health clinicians across clinic locations remotely.
  • Carry out all administration tasks related to Cliniko that support the betterment of BridgePoint Allied Care; contributing to operations and management procedures relating to administration.

Essential Criteria:

  • Highly competent with a computer, practice management software skills and other applications essential for Productivity and Notion)
  • Must know how to use Cliniko thoroughly (non-negotiable)
  • Previous experience in healthcare administration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
