The primary focus of this role will be to oversee operations and will involve day-to-day decision making, delegation of tasks and enforcing of safety rules, policies and procedures.

Your day will involve:

  • Accurate batching of concrete orders using advanced systems.
  • Supervising concrete deliveries and fulfilling customer requirements.
  • Conducting safety/toolbox meetings and pre-start checks.
  • Managing daily administration, including stock control and reporting.
  • Liaising with customers, drivers, and sales teams.
  • Inspecting and maintaining plant equipment and trucks.
  • General housekeeping and maintaining a safe work environment.

  • Sound computer skills.
