About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join the business as a Manager in Training, stepping into a comprehensive, hands-on learning pathway with a clear line of sight to Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager roles. Working across multiple store locations within a 30-minute drive radius, the successful candidate will gain exposure to all core areas of the business including Retail, Finance, Buying, Online and Jewellery. This is a full-time, permanent position working a 5-day, 38-hour roster across a Monday to Saturday schedule (no late nights or public holidays). Extensive support and training will be provided over a 12-month program, designed to set future leaders up for long-term success in the business.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a big box or multi-department environment
  • Exposure to managing managers or large teams
  • Coachable and open to learning in a new industry
  • Strong with analytics, reporting and interpreting KPIs
  • A people-first approach to leadership and team development
  • Passionate about retail operations and financial services
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Tech-savvy with a curiosity for systems and processes
  • Ability and willingness to travel between sites within a 45-minute radius
  • Current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Willingness to complete pre-employment checks (Police, ASIC, Medical)
