We are on the hunt for two awesome people to join our crew

One super high volume cafe ready to put you to the test and help you grow to become the team member you've always dreamed of being (not overselling at all) and one growing cafe in the suburbs that has an opportunity to bring you into leadership / a managerial position.

How are we?

We are Xtraction (Newcastle) & flo. (Kotara). A little about us,

Xtraction has been a mainstay at the top of town and in our locals hearts for the past 15 years and under our management for the past 4. We pride ourselves on service. Serving the best coffee, the best food, best sweets and best banter we can muster every day we show up.

Flo is very much the same, we have however only been here for the past year and a little bit. We still show up with the same commitment to make every visit from our locals a memorable one.

What are we looking for?

Just the meaning of life really. Well, we're actually pretty sure it's just to have a good time? So I guess we are on the hunt for some people to come on the ride with.

Really though, we are on the hunt for 2 staff members who have been working in the industry. We would love it if they had some experience on the machine. We are also wanting these people to have an appreciation for food as you may will be needed to help out in the kitchen from time to time. This is more so essential for the eventual successful flo applicant as we would ideally have them wanting to progress into management meaning being able to manage the store and that means being able to run every part of it.

You have experience in cafes / hospitality. You know that industry is inane, its hectic, but when it all flows (Which is does a lot because you're surrounded by other cool legends who are great at what they do) you get in the zone. The tunes, the vibes, you feel so happy to be at work and then you realise "I'm getting paid to do this :) ".
