We will give you the opportunity to grow Training and support provided to help you grow Are you ready for a rewarding challenge? **About The Role** San Churro team is seeking a confident and experienced **Store Manager** ( to lead and develop our growing team. As a Store Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Chocolateria including the management of approximately 20-30 committed and enthusiastic employees. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all OHS and San Churro product standards. Our store managers are measured on their ability to meet and exceed store KPI's as well as foster an environment that delivers exceptional customer service to all San Churro customers.Day to day operation of the Chocolateria Assisting in recruiting, training and leading our team Ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service Meeting and exceeding store Key Performance Indicators Developing strong relationships with our "locals" Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the cafe Ensuring compliance with all OH&S and San Churro product standards Assisting in implementing innovative Local Area Marketing Management of store staff (20 - 30 staff) in delivering the requirements above Growing Store Sales Managing food and labor costs within the budget **Skills & Experience** Ingredients required to succeed in this role include: Management experience in the hospitality industry is highly advantageous Experience in a Barista role (desired) A people first approach to employees and customers Strong computer literacy and numeracy skills Ability to work during peak trading days and hours **Benefits & Perks** As well as gaining valuable insights into store, financial and people management; we are offering a competitive salary package, incentives, structured training, career progression, and a great place to work Other benefits include: Bonus Personal opportunities for growth San Churro employee discounts.
