
Service Delivery Manager

About The Role
- Oversee day-to-day service delivery across multiple sites.
- Lead, mentor, and support staff to achieve positive participant outcomes.
- Manage client intake, including drafting and reviewing Service Agreements and Schedules of Supports.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, policies, and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, support coordinators, and community partners.
- Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients within the NDIS referral streams. This includes networking, building relationships with key stakeholders, attending industry events and conducting marketing activities.
NDIS Administration Duties
- Draft, issue, and update NDIS Service Agreements with version control.
- Monitor plan usage and funding.
- Assist claims, billing, and reporting in line with NDIS requirements.
- Liaise with clients, plan managers, and NDIA to resolve queries.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as a Social Worker and in the NDIS space.
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework, participant rights, and service delivery standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Team player with a positive approach, taking on ownership of tasks and responsibilities.

- Current and valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Mandatory Online Training
- Valid Driver's Licence and Own Vehicle
