an independent, award-winning sustainable craft distillery and brewery on the Northern Beaches.

We're on the lookout for a
hands-on, reliable, team member

to assist with:

  • Brewing - whisky, vodka
  • Cleaning and organising - weekly tasks, sweeping, moping etc
  • Spirits production (including dilution and distilling)
  • Packaging and distribution
  • Assist the head distiller in daily tasks

The role is
ideal for someone with some experience or interest in the beverage industry

, who enjoys working independently and has strong problem-solving skills. You'll work closely with our co-founders and distiller in a relaxed but fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in brewing, fermentation, distillation, and bottling processes
  • Maintain, organise, clean equipment
  • Prepare and package products for wholesale and retail
  • Help with local deliveries and occasional event set-up
  • Accurately follow recipes, production logs, and safety procedures
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues with initiative

What We're Looking For

  • Background in brewing, distilling, or cellar operations (home brewers welcome too)
  • Problem solver with mechanical aptitude
  • Organised and tidy worker
  • Physically fit (able to lift 15-20kg)
  • Trustworthy, organised, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Forklift experience a bonus, RSA recommended
  • Must have full working rights in Australia and a current driver's license

Hours & Pay

  • Approx.
    2-4 days per week

(flexible, likely to be Mon, Tuesday & Wednesday, with potential to grow) - Flexibility on how many days depending on experience.
- Casual pay/part-time contract depending on experience
- Bar work experience and RSA optional but recommended.
