Based in Wetherill Park, we're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Representative to join our awesome team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover an employee on parental leave. While the role is currently contracted, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to be considered for suitable future permanent vacancies should they arise, based on business needs and individual performance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Handling inquiries: You'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand for customer requests via phone, chat and emails.
  • Solving problems: Using your sharp problem-solving skills, you'll quickly address and resolve customer needs.
  • Knowledge Building: Developing a strong understanding of our products and staying up to date with promotions to confidently handle enquiries.
  • Collaboration: Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth interactions and support.
  • Critical Thinking: Working in a fast-paced environment that requires swift decision making within a reasonable time frame.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in a Customer Service Environment – call handling and digital communication skills desired.
  • Ability to interpret and convey complex concepts clearly and concisely to internal and external clients.
  • Learns quickly and is able to work on multiple tasks on the go.
  • Loves accuracy and has a keen eye for detail.
  • Confident Computer and System Skills (Microsoft Suite/POS Systems)
