eCommerce Specialist - Join Our Client's Online Team

Our client is shaping the future of online retail - and they want you to be part of it. As an eCommerce Specialist, you'll be at the heart of driving sales, optimising the customer experience, and delivering seamless day-to-day operations across their digital channel.

What you'll be doing:

  • Executing eCommerce strategies that boost sales and customer engagement
  • Supporting trade and promotional campaigns across their online store
  • Analysing product performance and optimising for results
  • Partnering with Marketing, Merchandise and Supply Chain to deliver on budgets and targets
  • Keeping operations running smoothly, from compliance to pricing fixes
  • Driving efficiencies and contributing to digital enhancements

What you'll bring:

  • Previous eCommerce or retail merchandise experience (ideal but not essential)
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A collaborative mindset - you thrive working with cross-functional teams
  • A customer-first approach with a passion for great service
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms, PIMs or merchandising tools a plus
