We're currently seeking a proactive and organised Accounts Payable Officer for our client.
Your new company
Our client is looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is looking to bring their skills into a friendly, high-performing team.
Your new role
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the finance function with end-to-end Accounts Payable and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be responsible for the duties outlined above and will require the following:
Essential experience
- Process and manage vendor invoices, payments, and credit notes
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payment and resolution of queries
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform invoice reconciliations
- Assist with monthly accruals and end-of-month processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Finance Department
What you'll get in return
- Competitive Salary: $40 - $45 per hour + Super, based on experience
