You'll work with a diverse caseload including musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, sports, vestibular, post-surgical, and persistent pain clients — with opportunities for home visits and hydrotherapy.

Our team collaborates closely with local orthopaedic specialists, GPs, and sporting clubs to deliver integrated, evidence-based care that truly impacts the Bundaberg community.


The Opportunity

We're seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join our growing team.

Full-time preferred, part-time considered. New graduates and experienced physios are encouraged to apply.

You'll be supported through structured mentoring, weekly case reviews, and paid PD time designed to build your confidence, refine your reasoning, and strengthen your treatment skills.


What We Offer
  • Starting salary from $75,000, based on experience and negotiable
  • Incentive bonus for maintaining a full schedule without extra hours
  • $1,500 annual PD budget, plus paid mentoring and learning time
  • Exposure to orthopaedics, vestibular rehab, pain management, and casting
  • Collaboration with orthopaedic specialists on post-operative rehabilitation
  • Flexible hours – choose a 9-day fortnight, monthly RDO, or standard full-time
  • Diverse caseload – private, EPC, DVA, WorkCover, NDIS, sports, orthopaedic, home visits, and hydrotherapy

Job Requirements
  • AHPRA registration (or eligibility) as a Physiotherapist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Interest in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation
