The Role

As the Event Operations Manager, you'll independently manage 4-6 events monthly, from intimate C-suite roundtables to 400+ delegate conferences. You'll own the complete event lifecycle across APAC, turning strategic visions into flawless executions.

What You'll Own:

  • Deliver exceptional events maintaining client satisfaction
  • Manage individual event budgets from $50K-$100K
  • Build relationships with C-suite stakeholders and 20+ vendor partners
  • Lead operational excellence initiatives that set industry standards

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years independently managing B2B conferences/corporate events
  • Proven track record with 200+ attendee events
  • Expert stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Budget management expertise and commercial acumen
  • Flexibility for APAC travel and event schedules
  • Full Australian working rights
