Renumeration Range: $70,000 to $90,000 per annum, plus superannuation

Position Overview

Launch your engineering career with purpose - We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Regional Civil Construction team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of civil projects, working onsite and alongside a team of professionals who will support your growth every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you'll be involved in:

  • Assisting with planning, design, and delivery of civil construction projects
  • Supporting site inspections, quality assurance, and compliance activities
  • Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
  • Preparing reports, documentation, and technical drawings
  • Learning industry best practices and contributing fresh ideas to improve outcomes

Qualifications and Requirements

We're seeking someone who is:

  • Recently graduated (or soon to graduate) with a degree in Civil Engineering
  • Passionate about infrastructure, construction, and making a tangible impact
  • A clear communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a supportive team
  • Familiar with basic engineering software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Eligible to work in Australia and willing to travel to regional project sites
