Thai Herb Restaurant is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team in a supportive and inclusive work environment.

• Implement strategies to grow sales, increase customer loyalty, and attract new guests.

• Respond promptly to customer feedback and resolve issues effectively.

• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships, while controlling costs and minimizing waste.

• Supervise and train both front- and back-of-house staff.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food quality standards.

• Monitor budgets, sales performance, and profitability.

• Work closely with the Director on initiatives to support business growth, including potential new locations.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in Asian cuisine, particularly Thai restaurants.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• In-depth knowledge of Thai food and beverages.

• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality (required).

• RSA certification (preferred).
