Redirect Recycling, a Borg Company, conducts waste management from collection and transport to treatment of materials from single sources, with the aim to produce new products from resources back into all different marketplaces. Redirect Recycling's mission is to encourage effective and efficient waste management at the source, making resource recovery the key driver in sustainable businesses we serve.

Redirect Recycling is in an exciting phase of growth within our Waste Management division. We are currently seeking a General Yard Hand for our team based at our Oberon site.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Operate plant and equipment whilst maintaining housekeeping standards, tools and equipment
• Docking Timber
• General yard duties/cleaning
• Assembling Pallets
• General grounds keeping
• Forklift Operations
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous plant experience
• A Forklift licence (an advantage)
• HC Licence (an advantage)
• A current driver's licence
• Good communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, quality and safety
