Power your career with a company that values skill, safety, and pride in workmanship.Nebula Electricals is expanding our Construction and High-Voltage Division and is seeking an experienced Medium Voltage Cable Jointer to join our field operations team.This is a hands-on role for a qualified professional who takes pride in precision, works to exacting safety standards, and wants to grow within a rapidly scaling business.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out LV and MV jointing, terminations and testing on distribution networks up to 33 kV.Ensure all work complies with electrical safety regulations and Nebula standards.Interpret drawings, specifications and network diagrams accurately.Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised work environment.Liaise professionally with clients, site supervisors and project managers.Take ownership of workmanship, quality and on-site safety.What You'll BringCertificate III in ESI – Distribution Cable Jointing (or equivalent).Proven experience in medium-voltage jointing up to 33 kV.Competency on jointing kits from major OEMs (e.g. Nexans, 3M, Prysmian, Tyco, or similar).Solid understanding of safety procedures, isolation, and testing.Current driver's licence and ability to travel to project sites.A methodical, disciplined approach with strong attention to detail.Personal accountability, pride in workmanship, and commitment to doing the job right the first time.Good to HavesHigh-Voltage switching authorisation or experience.Confined Space and Working at Heights certification.First Aid / CPR certification.Forklift, Rigger's or EWP licence (boom > 11 m).ASP 1 & 2 Experience.Experience with site management systems (e.g. Procore, Aconex).Why Join Nebula ElectricalsCompetitive remuneration and company vehicle.Opportunity to work on significant MV and HV projects across the region.Supportive environment that recognises skill and promotes from within.Modern equipment, safety-first culture, and professional development support.Be part of a team that takes pride in quality, precision and reliability.
